It looks a bit like a straight jacket but the arms aren’t really restricted any more than with any moderate dolman-sleeve - when you raise your arms it pulls up a little, but not very much as the material is completely stretchy. The reverse seaming on the sleeves does make them a structural so that they stick out a bit, and the volume makes it harder to wear with a coat although I managed. I got a S because it figured it might not matter too much how it actually fit. It was oversized but not insanely so, and I’d either order the same size again or try the xs. The sleeves are actually not super long so for winter I wouldn’t want them to be shorter.
