This kettlebell is smart. Let us explain: It’s digitally adjustable, meaning you can change its weight by placing it in its stand and pressing a button. The internal weighted discs drop out or lock in—in six-pound increments. It has six motion sensors to track your movement and report your workout stats. And it’s Bluetooth compatible. The kettlebell syncs with the JaxJox app to calculate what it calls your FitnessIQ score, which records your progress using your peak and average power, workout consistency, steps, body weight, and chosen fitness level. You can tune in to unlimited live or prerecorded on-demand classes through the app, too.
