Makeup Melt Dry/wet Gentle Jelly Cleanser

A universal cleanser and eye makeup remover with soothing rose flower that is super gentle, yet amazingly effective - even for the most sensitive skin. To remove makeup and cleanse: Massage onto dry skin with a cotton pad, including over eyes, then add water and rinse. To cleanse only: Massage onto wet skin, then rinse. Good for all skin types, especially dry and sensitive. Lavender scent.
