If you receive an item from us which is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please contact us by telephone to inform us within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund of the product only. We ask that you send the items back to us via USPS so that we can refund you for your purchase. Shipping charges is none refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
