Jay-Z Returns (From Cuba), Sets The Record Straight On A New Track

Do you want the good news or the bad news first? The good news is Jay-Z just released a track produced by Timbaland and Swizz Beatz. The bad? He's not the happiest of Hovas.
Jay's "Open Letter" is a rare and intimate melody. The song sets the record straight about his personal life — specifically the flack that he and his lady went on a trip to Havana, Cuba for their anniversary. There's a little bit of Nets talk, a little bit of crime talk, and of course, an address to the haters. The beat is tough, his lyrics are tougher, and we don't expect anything less.

Of course you can't talk Jay-Z without talking Beyonce. We have to wonder why Jay and Lady Bey seem rather threatened as of late. Our message to you: There's no need to worry guys, your kingdom is strong. Rest assured, when we heard "Bow Down," we suddenly found ourselves kneeling on the floor.
At this point, it's pretty much a redundancy to say that Jay and Bey have our hearts, we just hope Jay doesn't tarnish his rep by committing a "real crime...out of spite." Dark. Click through and listen. (Complex)
