Dark but still lively, Bionda Castana's spring '13 cocktail launch is much like the shoes themselves. Storied yet totally now, the wear-them-everywhere heels have distinct personality. The choice of color (everything from bold emeralds to light peach to classic black) and pattern (zigzags, perforated leather, and dressed-up lace) are thoughtful but not overworked.

And so they looked perfectly at home on the mantel of The Norwood, the main spectacle for the evening that feted them. Not to mention how killer it was to see so many partygoers (Chelsea Leyland and Kate Foley included!) already rocking their newly beloved soles.
