Viewers of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills know that former child star Kim Richards has dealt with many personal issues throughout the show's run. She recently opened up about dealing with addiction, sobriety, and recovery. Unfortunately, TMZ is now reporting that Richards was arrested early this morning at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
"She's been charged with trespass[ing], resisting arrest, battery on a police officer and [being] drunk in public," TMZ said a short while ago. Sources told the site that Richards had been asked to leave the hotel's famed Polo Lounge because she was being "unruly."
Richards was taken to a nearby jail and issued a citation. She has since been released. Neither she nor her sister Kyle, who also stars on the show, have commented about the arrest on Twitter. We wish Kim and her family the best during this time. (TMZ)
