The Most Legendary Hookups In Bachelor Nation History

For every Rachel Lindsay, Nick Viall, or JoJo Fletcher, there are 30 hopeful contestants. Since The Bachelor and The Bachelorette operate under the confines of monogamy, only one can win. This means about 29 contestants go home crying in limos each season. That's a waste of young, frisky, fame-hungry reality TV talent, don't you think?
Luckily, Bachelor Nation gives these contestants membership into a highly exclusive dating pool. Instead of sending the contestants back to their old lives, they can cycle in and out of the Bachelor franchises. That way, the endless gossip circle can continue. It's like the Real World in real time.

While the ultimate Bachelor and Bachelorette pairings are unforgettable, let's not overlook the best of the inter-season hookups. In fact, many of these post-Bachelor couplings have been far more successful than the couples produced by the franchise's main show.

The Hookup: Michelle Kujawa & The Audio Guy

During her first week on Bachelor in Paradise, Kujawa fell for someone, all right — he just happened to be the show's audio technician, Ryan Putz.

On the evening Kujawa was set to leave Paradise, she and Putz snuck in one last romp. At that moment, a producer knocked on the bedroom door. Terrified of losing his job, Putz chose to leap out the third story window instead of owning up to his actions. He broke both of his legs, and then he got fired.

The (Alleged) Hookup: Rozlyn Papa & A producer

As fans of UnReal know well, contestants can form close bonds with the TV show's producers — very close.

Five days into taping Jake Pavelka's Bachelor season, Papa and a producer were caught hooking up. Chris Harrison took swift action: The producer was fired, and Papa kicked off the show.

“She had a physical relationship with a producer on our show,” Harrison told People. “You cannot do that. There is no gray area…Other girls on the show saw it. The producer confessed more than once and to more than one person. I cannot make it any clearer.”

The Hookup: Jesse Csincsak & Ann Lueders

Csincsak won DeAnna Pappas' heart on The Bachelorette in 2008, but broke up months later.

Bachelor Nation still had something in store for him. Csincsak ended up connecting with Ann Lueders, a contestant from Jason Mesnick's Bachelor season.

In 2010, Csincsak and Lueders married in Las Vegas, while Lueders was four months pregnant with their first son. The couple now has three children.

The Hookup: Arie Luyendyk & Courtney Robertson

Ben Flajnik made history by giving the final rose to his Bachelor season's "villain," Courtney Robertson. After she and Flajnik broke up, Robertson started hooking up with Arie Luyendyk, the runner-up from Emily Maynard's Bachelorette season.

Apparently, Robertson and Luyendyk haven't stopped hooking up, either. In 2016, Robertson told Us, "He's a great friend who I like to make out with from time to time!"

The Hookup: Selma Alameri & Arie Luyendyk

After his relationship with Robertson ended, Luyendyk went on to date Selma Alameri, another Bachelor alum. After that relationship ended, Luyendyk told Us that he'll try a different approach to dating next time around.

"I just want to keep my relationships private in the future," he said. "That's the reason Courtney and I split up and I probably should have learned from that, but hindsight is 20/20 and I'm happy to move forward and have a private relationship."

The Hookup: Kiptyn Locke & Tenley Molzahn

The Bachelor and Bachelorette runner-ups licked their wounds together in 2010's Bachelor Pad. The pair broke up, then got back together in 2013. Locke and Molzahn's on-again, off-again relationship officially ended in 2014, but their social media interactions are still warm.

Locke has since had a child with his girlfriend, and Molzahn went back to Bachelor in Paradise.

The Hookup: Chris Lambton & Peyton Wright

This successful pair is proof of the age-old adage, "If at first you don't succeed on The Bachelor, try and try again."

After Lambton was eliminated from Ali Fedotowsky's Bachelorette season and Wright from Andy Baldwin's Bachelor season, they met at a golf tournament after Bachelor Nation alumni introduced them.

The couple has a child and an HGTV show together.

The Hookup: Evan Bass & Carly Waddell

Granted, we saw this blossoming of the heart happen on camera, but it's been one of our favorite moments in the Bachelor franchise.

Carly Waddell was not into Evan Bass when they first met in Paradise. She cried before they had to kiss during a challenge. She said in an interview, "All I wanted was for him to be normal. Nope. Not good old Evan...he shall be weird." Over the course of their time in paradise, Carly was won over by Evan's genuineness.

Now, Carly and Evan are one of Bachelor Nation's most beloved couples, and are set to be married.

The Hookup: Nick Viall & ?

Viall admitted on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live to hooking up with another Bachelor Nation alum. Alas, unless he headlines another season of The Bachelor and the producers bring the woman in to throw Viall off guard (again), this hookup is likely to remain a mystery.
