You may not realize it, but today is a momentous day in TV history. Exactly five years ago, The Hills aired its very last episode. Do you feel old yet? In honor of that fateful day, we decided to take a walk down memory lane and revisit our old pals from the classic MTV show.

Leaving interning, love triangles, and plenty of drama behind, Lauren, Kristin, Brody, and the gang have grown up and ventured into all kinds of new territories. Curious to find out which star now runs a chain of hair salons and which one is married with two kids? We've got all those answers and more ahead. Click through to get up to speed on where each of them is now — you're in for more than a few surprises.

The Hills
might have been where their book began, but the rest is still unwritten (yes, we went there).

Lauren Conrad
What hasn't Conrad done since The Hills? She's published no less than six books, founded the fashion line Paper Crown, got married in 2014, launched the online marketplace Little Market, and bought a sprawling $4.4 million home in L.A just last month. Oh, and she's a savvy R29 contributor, to boot. Turns out she's way more than just "the girl who didn't go to Paris."

Lo Bosworth
Like her BFF, Lauren, Lo has also dabbled in the publishing word. In 2011, she wrote The Lo-Down, a book about dating and relationship advice. She runs a lifestyle website of the same name, which covers fashion, beauty, fitness, and more. Bosworth relocated to New York since leaving the show — she even gave us a peek inside her new NYC apartment a couple months ago, so you can see for yourself how the former reality star is living these days. Oh, and she also posed sans makeup for us just a few weeks back! NBD.

Stephanie Pratt
Spencer's younger sis traded in American reality TV for...British reality TV. She now stars on the London-based reality show Made In Chelsea and recently launched her own swimwear line for British brand South Beach. Pratt is also writing a tell-all book in which she'll spill details about both reality shows, her DUI arrest, and past drug abuse .

Justin Bobby
The show's resident bad boy, Justin Bobby, is now one half of the punk-alternative band Bobby Rock, in which he plays guitars and sings. He also runs a chain of three hair salons called Brush Your Hair and founded a line of hair-care products with the same name. Go figure.

Whitney Port
Of course, you already know that Port nabbed herself the spinoff series The City, which chronicled her move to New York to work in fashion — and, lest you forget, also launched Olivia Palermo's career. But she's been up to a lot since that show ended after two seasons. She's enjoyed plenty of success with her fashion line, Whitney Eve, and became engaged to producer Tim Rosenman in 2013. (Fun fact: They met when he was a producer on The City.)

Audrina Patridge
Patridge appeared on Dancing With the Stars back in 2010 and now hosts NBC's travel show 1st Look, a role she took over from The Bachelorette's star Ali Fedotowsky early last year. She also sold her Hollywood Hills home last month, but no word yet on where she's relocating to.

Emily Weiss
Remember "super intern" Emily Weiss? Of course you do. These days, Weiss is best known as the founder of beauty site Into the Gloss, which has profiled the beauty habits of everyone from Gigi Hadid and Kim Kardashian to Donna Karan and Monique Lhuillier. She also launched Glossier, a skin-care line consisting of moisturizers, masks, and more.

Brody Jenner
It's safe to say the Jenner name has been catapulted into the spotlight since The Hills stopped running in 2010, thanks to Caitlyn's, Kendall's, and Kylie's respective headline-making endeavors as of late. But what has Brody been up to? After making some cameos on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Jenner nabbed himself his very own talk show, Sex With Brody, which just premiered on E! on July 10.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag
Yep, they're still together! The couple that Hills fans loved to hate has continued to dabble in reality TV, appearing in Celebrity Wife Swap, Celebrity Big Brother, and other shows that play it fast and loose with the word "celebrity." Hey, if they can make it through plastic-surgery woes and near-bankruptcy, all the more power to them.

Kristin Cavallari
How has post-Hills life been treating Kristin? The now 28-year-old appeared on Dancing With the Stars in 2011, only to be eliminated in week three. But we'd venture to say that marrying Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler in 2013 and having two kids — with a third one on the way — overshadows all of her former reality-show stints.
