There isn't much we love more than our four-legged friends — one browse of the site (or stroll through our office!), and you can see we're downright obsessed. But can you blame us? There's nothing better than those wet little noses, or a kiss from (wo)man's best friend.
That's why we're going absolutely gaga over the pics from this past Saturday's Fashion For Paws event, a runway show benefitting the Washington Humane Society, featuring 60-plus doggy models strutting their stuff with their humans in tow — in coordinating couture of course. Students from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising created five of the ensembles, which boasted tons of sequins and tutus, along with other more formal looks, involving things like matching pocket squares. The canine glamazons wowed the crowd with their irresistible charm, and we have to commend the bulldog in particular on his impeccable "blue steel." (Elle)
