Weekend Workouts: NYC’s 3 Day Slim-Down Schedule!

Friday
The weather's getting cooler, so you're eating more, you're looking for a hot new beau, and Thanksgiving is coming up and you're dreading facing those obnoxious cousins—whatever your reason for hitting the gym extra-hard these days, we're behind you 100% with an abs-olutely perfect weekend workout agenda. We definitely commiserate with the need to sweat it out; With all of the perks of food delivery at our fingertips, it's easy to indulge a little (it's not our fault S'mac is around the corner). But take that extra bite because you can spin, run, or dance it off this weekend (that's the way this works, right?). Whether you're into yoga, pole-dancing, or Zumba, this three-day gym pass will help you get rid of that little extra and still have a bit of fun. Plus, if you follow our devilish philosophy, each class you take this weekend equals one more guilt-free Martini!
