Let's not beat around the mascara wand—when going for long, luscious lashes, we're all for coating it on in blacker-than-black formulas that really make our peepers pop. Splash's line offers a full range of bright and glittery shades. Sure, we've tried out the dark-yet-tinted mascaras—like plum, deep jade, or navy. They're a simple step up from basic black and subtly emphasize your lashes and eye color. Plus, makeup artists claim that blue shades make eyes look whiter and brighter, and eggplant and green hues are ideal accents for hazel and green eyes.
