The winners of this year's Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation awards basically reads like a who's who of designers we love to cover. The field of 165 designers in the running was narrowed down to 7 lucky ducks by a judging committe that included some serious fashion folk—think Sally Singer, Christopher Bollen, Julie Gilhart, and Ken Downing.
