Obviously, this perfect combo of clear skies and balmy breezes calls for an equally perfect outfit — like the chic, leopard scarf and ankle-grazing skirt we spotted on GWU student Rachel MacAlpine. Her flowing skirt and simple tank (both from Zara) get an instant upgrade with a printed H&M scarf, while flat Topshop sandals keep it low-key and relaxed.
