Ready to get acquainted with D.C.’s queen of designer bargains? Meet Milagros Hill, a prolific eBay seller who quit her day job to launch The Good District, an online business selling high-end vintage, new, and consigned designer clothing and accessories at unbelievably affordable prices. (And if you're a reality-TV fan, you might recognize her from an episode of TLC's Randy to the Rescue.) Luckily, she was willing to sit down with us and share her secrets, offering up the need-to-know details for hopeful resellers and her favorite spots to hunt for deals. So...what are you waiting for?
