Ben Sherman's Boys Are Lookin' Good In Miami

Bhakti-Postcard Main British label Ben Sherman released their spring/summer '12 campaign in Dazed and Confused this month. The bells and whistles: an interview plus a must-see video on Dazed Digital. We love their idea of scouring the globe for inspiring, modern men. And we're not just saying that because the campaign was photographed in Miami and features two of our favorite local boys as part of their "six inspired gentlemen."

We think Miami's Anthony Spinello of Spinello Gallery and artist, Bhakti Baxter are looking quite dapper in Ben Sherman. Don't you agree?

Spoke Too Soon: Here Are More FW Takeaways From 10 Crosby's Fall Lookbook

Experiencing déjà vu? No, it's not just you. It seems that someone's ears must have been ringing when we were talking about how much we loooved the spring '12 looks from the Derek Lam's diffusion line 10 Crosby. Before we could say "next-day delivery," we were wowed again with the newest batch of lookbook lust from the line that's seriously speaking to us.

While the individual pieces stand alone as swoon-worthy (plaid pants, come to mama!), we find ourselves wishing to recreate so many of these full looks for ourselves. Take note of the peplum knits over chambray dresses, layers of leather and fur, and a shimmery shorts-suit that's mixed and matched in fresh new ways. Throw in a lush rust-colored coat and brogues that go with everything, and we've got an entire collection that could rule our closets next fall — if not sooner.

Peep The Pretty Polaroids: Michelle Williams For Boy. By Band Of Outsiders

Okay, so we know we tend to gush about (some) designer-actor team-ups here, but this particular polaroid-themed lookbook is beyond breathtaking. Lo and behold Michelle Williams shot by Scott Sternberg for Boy. by Band of Outsiders.

We are really feeling the hazy hues, the Peter Pan collars, that coiff, and — the cemetery? Yes, the My Week With Marilyn star manages to make prancing around Hollywood Forever Cemetery look chic as hell. Somehow.

The award-winning stunner wows us in the brand's flirty garb as she eats, poses, and even hangs, near Hitchcock’s grave. We’re totally smitten with the lookbook — such sweet, pretty pics, and clothes! We are kind of obsessed. Michelle Williams, FTW. (Elle)

The One Spring Lookbook That's Inspiring Our Fall Fashion Week Wardrobe

When we're dressing during Fashion Week, it takes all the willpower we have (and common sense, we guess) to not show up wearing all the wonderful creations we just saw the past season that are now fresh in stores. It's February — we know— but it's just not in our DNA to stick to winter-wear, even though we can still see our breath while we hoof it across the Lincoln Center promenade. Our biggest source of weakness? The spring '12 10 Crosby lookbook (the diffusion line from the folks at Derek Lam) that feels just so us and cool that we're willing to risk frostbite for a chance at those geometric pants. So, take in this collection, don't forget your coats and tights, and attack your Fashion Week agenda with a spring in your step!

Summer Comes Early With This Bold, Candy-Colored Collection

For folks feeling a bit sartorially bi-coastal, boy, do we have a tantalizing treat. Feast your eyes on L.A. brand, BREN — the answer to all of your East-meets-West styling needs. Believe us, we know it’s hard to take sides when it comes to threads, but BREN is making it much, much easier.

The label hails from Los Angeles, but it exudes a New York nuance laced with a fun, West Coast casual vibe—as seen in this latest lookbook. The cutesy, color-soaked pieces have summer in the city written all over them.

We can credit the cool cohesion to designers (and identical twins!) Jenny and Brie Maletz. According to the gals, they focused on "feminine sorbet colors" and "abstract floral prints" for a clean and balanced look. Not only do the twinsies live for crafting eye-catching pieces, but they focus on frocks that will last for years to come. Click through to see the stunning garb for yourself.

Pretty Penny Stock Spring '12 Is Bicoastal Beachwear At Its Best

Imagine a New England beachside cottage, with waves lapping at our feet as we read a book in the sun...yeah, this is where Pretty Penny Stock's spring '12 collection takes us. On point with nautical trends without being too obvious, the pieces look seaside-chic without getting too Gorton's Fish Sticks on us. Follow along as a blunt-banged cutie with hipster glasses makes us feel stuck-in-a-winter-rut, antsy for our own coastal vacay. Don't just take our word for it, click through the entire breezy lookbook that calls for an instant escape to The Cape.

A New Collection Guys And Girls Can Share With Each Other

This is so far beyond just stealing your guy's favorite tee (and maybe a jacket that doesn't need a "Boyfriend Fit" label to achieve the same effect). Nope, you're about to peep some looks that are unisex clothing at its most cool, and yes, chic. A fur collared jacket fit for a bro or a babe makes the Assembly fall '12 lookbook genius in its ability to style box sexes in an equally appealing fashion.

While you won't spot the guys in Assembly's waist-tied shirt dresses and dreamy cream-colored pants suits, the fellas do hold their own in slim-fit trousers and upgraded hoodies and sweatshirts. A teamup between the New York boutique's owner, Greg Armas, and Claire Lampert, the collection shows hints of the latter's fresh and utilitarian flair—no wonder as she used to design for Bodkin. This time around we think Lampert creates an equal playing field for the men and women, in a collection that both unifies and flatters. Intrigued yet?

Peruse the whole lookbook and let us know which set of ensembles won this round in the battle of the sexes.

Camo Brogues? Raffia Slippers? This Cult Shoe Line Has 'Em All

We're going into the weekend on a trippy, colorful note inspired by Miami's own shoe brand Del Toro, which has amassed a cult following from fashion editors and buyers alike. The spring '12 lookbook could serve as a manual for showing waspy-punk inspired females and fellas how to pull together a dapper, fresh look that paints outside the lines of the yawn-worthy norm. Of course, the signature Del Toro Prince Albert Slipper Loafer is still in the mix, but—yes!—available in even a more colorful mix of bright solids and fun patterns like leopard, zebra, military chic camo, and raffia. But, even more exciting, the line is clearly expanding from just slippers—hello bold wingtips. And they look like they'd be the spike to the proverbial punch at any party, if founder and designer Matthew Chevallard and his gang, lounging like a Tommy Hilfiger ad on chronic in these snaps, are anything to go by. We'll take a (velvet) hit.

These Short Suits NEED To Be On Your Coachella Packing List

We don't know about you, but we're counting down the days until the Best Coast's biggest fashion (and music) event arrives — 1,776 hours to be exact — which means time's a-tickin' to hunt for the ideal hot-day-to-haute-night outfits! Well, we've got an insider tip on some sick little playsuits that serve as brilliant blank canvases for just about every festival accessory we can think of (we're so feeling Navajo this spring).

The newest U.K. export, Motel Rocks, has so many e-options we couldn't even include them all here. But know this: Everything on the site is under $150, and it's cute. So, what we're saying is this. If we spot you at the fest in one of these numbers, you'll surely be snapped for our most-trafficked street style post of the year. And isn't that why you're going, anyway?

Jump Into Spring: This Lookbook Will Get You High

We're always up for a local lookbook, so when we saw Chicago-based line Elmidae's spring '12 offererings, we knew we had to share. An entire collection of wearable, feminine spring pieces await you, including a decent number of dresses and work-appropriate separates. Available for purchase this spring at p.45 and other retailers you can scope out on Elmidae's website, we're thinking we can expect to see a lot of this Chicago-based line strutting around (home)town this spring.

The 10 Kate Spade Pieces We'd Pack For A Warm Weather Vacay

It's never too early to start planning (or dreaming) of your summer getaway, so why not skip to the fun part and start shopping for your ideal vacation wardrobe? Without all the surf and sand, Kate Spade manages to illustrate a sunny 'oliday with clean lines and foolproof color combinations in this very minimal lookbook—letting the clothes and accessories speak for themselves. To help you narrow down your wish list a bit (someone has to!), we picked 10 of our favorite pieces, including the Hayley jacket in a refreshing yellow-white color block, and a bright blue bib necklace that we think Wes Anderson would use in his next flick. Who says you can't look prim and proper even on vacay? If you're dying to wear something printed, save the Hawaiian sarongs and Havaianas for the locals (you say comfort, we spy tourist), and try the Explorer silk pants with sea foam leather pumps or an eye-catching scarf or bracelet. No matter where you go when the weather gets warm (or even now, if you're lucky), looking chic should never be something you'd take a vacation from, amirite? Oh and don't forget to pack your retro bikini , too.
