Apparently Jon Snow Is Not Definitely Dead & Here’s Proof

Despite the fact that we watched Jon Snow die during the season 5 finale of Game of Thrones, fans have been unwilling to believe that the beloved character (played by Kit Harington) won't be making a comeback in season 6. As it turns out, our instincts might be spot on. Though Carice van Houten, who plays fire-loving Melisandre, has said that she's "in the dark" about Snow's return, she has also commented that he "can't be dead," adding fuel to the flames of Jon Snow-fan theories. What's more: Recently, Harington was spotted flying from London to Belfast, where the rest of the GoT cast is assembled for filming. Tom Wlaschiha, a.k.a. faceless man Jaqen H'ghar, was also on the flight. It seems highly unlikely that both cast members just happened to be traveling to Ireland at the same time on the same plane for non-GoT related reasons, though it's impossible to confirm otherwise at this point. And, while it's possible that Harington is only going to be playing the deceased version of his character, we remain unconvinced — and very hopeful. Also of note: The fan who captured Harington en route from England also managed to snap a shot of the back of his head. Rejoice, man-bun-lovers: He's still sporting that signature coif, and all is right with the world.
