However, while hopping on and pedaling away to work, one is bound to encounter some sartorial conundrums. Chiefly: How to master a cycle-appropriate outfit for the office that can go straight to the bar.
And while we fawn over those flawless biking beauties in Amsterdam (doing it in sky-high pumps, no less), we know S.F. isn't as terrain-friendly. Trekking from home, to work, and to happy hour through hills—in heels—sounds like a frustrating task (read: wipeout). The prints-on-prints trend shows so sign of slowing. And we wouldn’t want it to, as we’re still enjoying every minute of this over-the-stop style mantra. So, bearing that in mind, we found an adorable, embellished Equipment top that pairs perfect with this over-the-top-cute polka-dot PUBLIC bike. Biking in a dress doesn’t have to be disastrous. After all, if your work has a dressier corporate culture and you cycle to the office, there’s really just no avoiding it — unless you lug around a change of clothes.
