Back in July, we told you about how hyped we were about shoe designer Alejandro Ingelmo's SoHo boutique. Well, shoe-stalkers, the wait is finally over! Though a little late in opening, the Wooster street shop has thrown open the doors, meaning we can now get our Ingelmo fix all in once place. We're o-b-b-obsessed with the space—studded dark-leather shoe drawers, sleek wooden columns and rustic boxy stools, and chocolate colored couches and mirrors injects a sultry, Cuban look (there's even black-and-white images of his grandfather's Cuban shoe factory and store) into the downtown retail scene. Look for his boundary-pushing heels, metallic high-tops, new flat-boots, and, oh, the iconic 140 mm platforms. Now that's one really good high.
