That Time Michelle Missed Her Friend (Season 2, Episode 16)
Few things are cuter than tiny children forming tiny friendships (except maybe puppies who are friends with pigs), but Full House decided to crank up the feels by tearing these toddler besties apart by cruel circumstance (Howie lives in Nebraska). This episode also doubles as a history lesson — kids, this is what FaceTime looked like in the '80s.
That Time A Flashback Made The Guys' Friendship Even Cuter (Season 2, Episode 15)
Characters are always made cuter by a childhood flashback. While baby Jesse kind of steals the spotlight, this sweet episode also tries to make sense of perpetual-kid Joey and perpetual-senior-citizen Danny's lifelong friendship.
That Time They All Remembered Their Mom Had Died (Season 2, Episode 18)
Every once in a while, everyone's favorite family comedy reminded the audience of its premise: The house is so full because the girls' mother passed away. Danny's home video also serves as a reminder that they've formed a loving family, and leads to some nice sisterly moments. Jogging Michelle's memories of her mom is the stuff of a later episode.
That Time D.J. Made Sure Joey Didn't Have To Get A Makeover (Season 4, Episode 4)
This sweet, big-sister moment is only slightly marred by the children's reluctance to tone down the girly stuff to make Stephanie, the motherless child, feel less out of place. Empathy, guys, empathy.
