Photo: Courtesy of MAC. As reported by WWD, MAC will launch a color collection in fall '14 with Marge Simpson. She'll thus be joining the ranks of tastemakers like Rihanna, Lorde, and even Cindy Sherman.
The details of Marge's The Simpsons collection is mostly shrouded in secrecy. What we do know: It's to celebrate the show's 25th anniversary by honoring the woman who WWD describes as "everyone's favorite blue-haired beehived beauty." Despite the show's timelessness, though, the release will be limited-edition. So, if you have strong feelings about owning a piece of this line, it's time to make a game plan.
The collection will come out in September, but we'll keep you posted with details as they roll in. We just want to make it known to the MAC powers that be that we're expecting a blue lipstick called Beehive somewhere in this lineup. (WWD)
