We expect a total sell-out on things like Chanel Peridot polish, or the PS1 bag in the exact color you wanted, but... this? How on earth has every online retailer sold out of Dior pacifiers? These little rubber-and-plastic things that your baby is going to slobber all over retail for about $50. And they're all gone. We weren't aware that the economy had improved so much that people could now afford to buy couture baby gear, but we guess this is good news!
