Natalie Portman and The King's Speech weren't the only big winners at the Oscars. Borris Powell, designer and beloved Chicagoan, won the Oscar's Designer Challenge 2011! Borris won over nine other designers vying for a coveted honor—dress an Awards escorts during the 83rd Academy Awards. The winning dress is pictured, and looked even better on the small screen.
