When a cop doesn't believe you, what do you do? Apparently, send him a video proving him wrong. At least that is what Casey Neistat, a documentary filmmaker, did when the police fined him $50 for riding his bike not in the bike lane. The rub? This is not illegal when there's material blocking said lanes—which, in this case, there was. To make his point, he shot a vid of himself purposefully crashing into the lane impediments—including trash cans, trucks, and taxis.
