It's time to seriously give it up for the affordable-fashion brands of the world. Before they came into our lives, shopping on a budget was an exercise in drabness and disappointment. Fabric bunched and stretched in weird places, and you could forget about being fashion-forward, since styles came in either basic or...even more basic. But, labels like Warehouse have seriously democratized things, with avant-garde pieces those of us not currently ensconced in a corner office can afford.

Click on to see just how good affordable fashion gets. Warehouse's spring '14 lookbook hits literally every trend we loved on the runway last season. Bright anoraks — check. Asymmetric skirts — those, too. Sporty netting and fashion sweatshirts — in spades. And, with prices generally topping out around $100, almost everyone can afford to be officially done with blah.
