
Tell us about your background.
"I grew up on the East Coast where my family started Schaller &
Weber meats in Manhattan. Our family relocated to California and I went to Cal Arts in Southern California where I majored in graphic arts. But Schaller & Weber has always been a huge part of my life. After moving to San Francisco in '08 I noticed that there was a lack of German meats in the area, which lead me to take my family connections and jump start my
business. The dream has been evolving in my head for a few years now. And it's recently turned into a reality."
