Photography by Nina Westervelt.
Do you guys remember South By Southwest? We barely do, with the flurry of bands, brands, and free beer — even though it was technically, like, yesterday. This lovely lady perfects vintage glam, from her high-waisted slacks to those corkscrew curls. Might not be great for all day in the sun, but for an evening shindig, this is summer to a T.
