Swatch And Kidrobot Team Up To Give You Some Seriously Bad-Ass Timepieces

Watches are a very personal thing, since most people wear one on their arm day in and day out. Whether you like to rock a half-pound of metal on your wrist, or go for something more modern and demure, there's certainly no shortage of selection when it comes to timepieces—unless, of course, you're looking for something made by some totally bad-ass artists that also come with a toy. Plastic-watch maven Swatch has teamed up with toy company Kidrobot to create a series of watches based on plastic Dunnys that were customized by eight different artists. The creations fuse together the outlandishness of street-art and cartoons, which pairs perfectly with Swatch's famous plastic bands and casings. Each watch comes with its corresponding designer Dunny, which will look awesome on your shelf, or provide some much-needed playtime at your desk. The collaboration will be available on September 1 at Swatch, so your boring old watch will have to do until then.
