Photographer Pete Miszuk snaps up the best style he can find at London Fashion Week.
Right off the plane from London Fashion Week, our very busy photographer friend Pete Miszuk sent us these highlights from his week. Stay tuned for his postcard from Paris...
"Adidas by Stella McCartney...working out. I remember talking to a friend who almost went to the casting, but when she heard you had to be able to run for 20 minutes she declined."
Left: "Stylist Keegan Singh from behind...amazing hair." Right: "Alexa Chung on the street.
Left: "This girl reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where that character Sue Ellen wears the bra as a shirt. I took this pic was for that reference. Had I dropped my camera, maybe I could have pulled a Kramer." Right: "Anouck Lepère—always fun and always loves a good dance."
"I walked in super early to Christopher Kane and found the models all seated front row being given a speech—first thing I noticed was how amazing all the shoes looked."
"Backstage at Christopher Kane, the model was making motions similar to a gorilla rubbing its chest. I have become obsessed with this dress."
"I couldn't resist this reminded me of the censor bars you see on TV."
Left: "Backstage at Christopher Kane." Right: "Incredible shoes on the Chris Kane runway."
"Peter Jensen before his show."
"At Chris Kane I spotted...Hermione from Harry Potter!"
Left: "Here I am working (sort of) in London. The photo was taken by Barnaby Roper while location scouting." Right: "I love how eccentric English statues are. I want a pair of those spats although I doubt I would ever wear them."
"At the Paul Smith show. It somehow reminded me of a hip new version of the Sound of Music."
"Model Daul Kim between shows."
"On the subway, on the street...the style in London is everywhere."
"Kirk, co-owner of B store at the B store pop-up shop opening at Selfridges."
"Daniel Jackson of Surface to Air in town to get married!"
"Matthew, co-owner of B store and photographer Barnaby Roper at the B store pop-up shop opening at Selfridges."
Left: Suzy Menkes' reflection at the Dover Street Market launch of the Comme des Garçons' new fragrance. Right: Kate Lanphear at the after-party for Christpher Kane at Shoreditch House.
"Behind the scenes at an Interview magazine shoot."
"The wardrobe for the Interview magazine favorite gorilla dress is in the mix."
