5 Style Tips Stolen From Our Favorite Bloggers

It can be easy to fall into a sartorial rut: the same boyfriend blazer with those colorblocked heels, that statement necklace always with the usual throw-on-and-go shirtdress, the go-to striped shirt worn three days out of seven. Oversized Everything — Is bigger always better? Debatable. But it sure is much more bold. Dare To Heavily Distress — We're far removed (mostly) from the drastically ripped jeans we sported in high school. But this distressed skirt is like the graduated version of the trend — laid back but ladylike with small, bright accessories and a killer set of stielletos. Even if you don't go as far as A Portable Package did (hello, upper thigh!), a little bit of wear-and-tear can go a long way.

Toughen Up Floral Pants — Don't let flowers make you feel like a total softy. These blooms can really pop with a touch of heavy-metal wrist wear and a badass (faux) leather vest.

Knot A T-Shirt For Work — Make your in-office gear feel less stuffy with your favorite lived-in, super-soft tee. Thanks to the adorable, neat knot, no one will suspect you wear the same shirt to bed on occasion. (Cute pooch optional, but very much preferred.)
