A St. Paddy’s Day Cocktail To Whet Your Irish Whistle

1
Prepare, New Yorkers: The holiest of holy drinking days is upon us. While most of us are (unfortunately) destined to join the fratted-out masses in downing Irish car bombs and green beer, we're determined to start the holiday out on a much classier note. So, since sipping mimosas just felt a little too fancy, we enlisted William Ward, Beverage Director at Marble Lane, to give us his recipe for a delicious Irish Cider.
This tangy sipper is perfect parts sweet and bitter, with enough kick to get you started on the right foot. While it may look intimidating for 9 a.m. bartending, we ensure you that this is one cocktail even mixing novices can master. So, raid your liquor cabinet, do a grocery run, and start imbibing the day away. Just remember to bring a little luck of the Irish with you.
