Breakfast At Toast, a charming local blog by Danielle Moss (a graphic designer y'all–she's good) recently recounted the in's and out's of making Sparkly Gold Pancakes. Technically, they're ebelskivers, but that might be a little too much to say in the morning. These tiny breakfast treats look amazing, and they can probably owe their good looks to a dusting of gold shimmering sugar over a bed of delicious, delicious frosting. Maple syrup who?
