Rodebjer Spring ’14 Schools Us In Modern Comfort

We've been on to Swedish designer Carin Rodebjer for quite awhile now, and her latest collection of spring '14 wares delivers the usual charm that's kept us captivated season after season. This time, it was a focus on easy, relaxed silhouettes that caught our eye, proving that comfort and style can be compatible mates.
Inspired by modernist architect Eileen Gray, the collection presents drapey kimono shapes, loose-fitting shift dresses, and wide cropped pants in a clean streamlined manner. Against a black-and-white color palette, Rodebjer has included complementary shades of indigo and tangerine, with hints of blush pink, aqua, and kelly green. The mix of textures is daring and playful, from the sequins and chiffon waves to the soft linen and tape yarn. Oversized clutches and scarves top off each of the looks, and we're already dreaming up ways to put our own downtown spin on the styles. Click ahead to see the comfy-chic lookbook in its entirety.
