So what do you think your CFDA/GQ Men's Designer of the Year Award will do for the line?I have no idea, to be honest. I mean, a ton more people are paying attention to what we are doing, which is amazing considering we're so tiny. It's great, but I haven't given myself time to figure it all out.
We've seen you here and there at the shows. Any thing that you found particularly memorable?
My favorite so far was Richard Chai. When it comes to design, men and women, he has such a delicate touch. It's just so impressive that he can do that with both.
Between the CFDA ceremonies and doing your show on Saturday, you had a busy couple of days—what did you do to unwind after?
Oh, yes. It was Valentine's Day, after all, so I went to a quiet dinner with my wife and two other couples—friends of ours. Then I slept… a very long time.
