Well that makes sense. Rugged, debonair, fashion-man-of-the-manly-men Richard Chai will act as the creative director for much-beloved outdoors brand, Filson. His nine-piece jacket and accessories line will debut on February 9, during his runway show, and will feature striped wool bombers, field jackets, a classic Filson Cruiser, and duffel, utility, and rucksack bags. The 115-year-old brand hasn't had much of a shakeup in quite some time, with their traditional hunting jackets and workwear accessories remaining just that: traditional. But with Chai's high-fashion fabrics, slimmer fits, and special design elements, the Filson look will be updated in a way that's still true to the traditionalists and exciting for the youngins.
