There's a reason it's called nail art, and The Huffington Post is shining the spotlight on an individual showing us all of the amazing things that can be done with lacquer. The site highlights the Instagram account of Christina Rinaldi, creative director and conceptual nail artist at Prima Creative. Her work is nail art like we've never seen it before — sleek and minimalist with a dash of wit.
Case in point: In a tribute to her new shoes, Rinaldi devised a mani that artfully mimicked their matte-leather body and gold-capped toes. We're thinking she's on to something. Anti-pedi as it may be, nail polish to match your kicks is the sort of cool, quirky trend we can see going viral. If #shoesday and #manimonday had a baby, surely it'd be this. But, rest assured, Rinaldi's inspiration extends far beyond footwear. Click on over to HuffPost for a look at some truly next-level nail art. (The Huffington Post)
