Ralph Lauren is undoubtedly one of the most prominent American designers—and for Oprah's last season, he decided to come out of his press hermitage and do his first televised interview in 20 years. Oprah will travel to Ralph's Colorado ranch and do lots of grand ol' American things like ride horses, take the Jeep around, and look at old furniture in tepees (seriously). This all has got us thinking what other quintessential American designers Oprah has played favorite to, like Michael Kors, Tory Burch, and Diane von Furstenberg... and who she should invite on her show. What other guests deserve a last-minute spot on the show before it shutters for good? (WWD)
