One Girl, Four Looks: One Stylist's Personal Style

While you’ve no doubt heard of super stylists like Rachel Zoe, Estee Stanley, Monica Rose, and Nicole Chavez, there’s a new generation of up-and-coming stylists right here in L.A. that are making waves with their amazing work and epic personal style. One such name you need to know now is Amy Nicole Bernstein, personal stylist and co-founder of Wardrobe Wear, who puts together killer outfits for others and herself. We tagged along with this adorable L.A. lady while she ran errands around town, made a pit stop at her local coffee shop, and headed to an industry cocktail party. First thing in the morning, even before coffee, what’s your go-to outfit?
“I like to stop at Little Door Next Door for tea and a scone, so I go for casual. I love this Rebecca Minkoff Jemme Top and think it looks brilliant with these wide-leg David Kahn trousers and my Kelly Locke red Anaconda clutch. Plus, some heavy-metal jewelry from my fave, LuvAJ, doesn’t hurt!”

“I’m all about mixing vintage with new pieces, and these boots are perfect because the heel is actually really sensible!

You’ve got a busy day but work cocktails right after your last appointment. How do you nail that work-to-drinks look?
“Again, it's all about combining my favorite contemporary designers with vintage, like this amazing embroidered jacket. And the booties add just enough drama to a day-to-night look.”

For a night on the town, what can't you wait to wear out?
“I’m obsessed with this Penumbra Button Down Shoulderless shirt. The taupe color goes with everything and the cutouts keep it interesting for a night out. The leather fringe skirt is by Gomez-Gracia and I’m wearing another great clutch from Kelly Locke—can you tell I love his stuff?”
