Coolhaus

The name is a play on architect Rem Koolhaas and the city’s newest ice cream trucks (there are two) serve up architecturally-inspired ice cream sandwiches like the Richard Meyer, honoring Richard Meier with ginger cookies with Meyer lemon peel ice cream. They have a wide range of cookies, including gluten free and vegan, and wild ice cream flavors like Brown Butter Candied Bacon and Dirty Mint.
Try: A Frank Berry, named for Frank Gehry—snickerdoodle cookies with strawberry ice cream.
