Hair Stylist, Bethany Brill's How-To:
"For a braided hair wrap, take a small section of hair and split into three equal parts. Secure the fabric around one of the parts of hair with a knot. Then, braid the hair, intertwining the fabric. Finish with a clear hair band. Repeat the wrapped hair braid in as many sections as you like. For a more dramatic effect, braid larger sections of hair and use thicker pieces of fabric."
