With everyone bundled up to their necks (and sometimes beyond) these days, it can get a bit difficult to stand out, style-wise (we're all just focused on keeping warm, right?). But, one way to stay shining despite the bitter winter? Putting your best face forward—with the help of a little chill-worthy makeup, that is.
So, we took to the streets to snap some of the most "wait, how did you do that?" looks—and stole some insider tips, naturally.
