So this is what Flight Facilities was talking about when they wrote the song "Crave You." Or at least it’s what came to mind when we heard Minneapolis-based restaurant Crave opened in Village of Merrick Park.
Think Cheesecake Factory but a bit less franchise with cheesecake and a lot more sushi and sophistication. This massive 9,000-square-foot space opened earlier this month just next to Villagio, serving American fare (burger sliders, calamari, pasta, pizza) in pretty generous portions. There’s also an expansive bar complete with an excellent wine selection and cocktail menu, plus an outdoor patio area — which is exactly what you’ll be thirsting for after a long day of shopping.
