It’s summer, the time for all-white outfits and brightly colored accents. And when it comes to tones that catch the sun, nothing quite does the trick like a big, 'ol burst of neon. So, for this, the third round of our Nail Art Nation challenge, we asked our talented combatants to create arresting and original all-day/all-night looks, using only white and neon with Revlon Nail Art Neon — no pastels, no darks, no earth tones, and no excuses. In return, we got a collection of Day-Glo designs that made it look like the '90s exploded all over our Mac desktops (in a very good way.) We're starting to believe that picking one of these nail artists to take our grand prize — a starring role in an upcoming Refinery29 video — is going to be very, very hard.
