A Swanky Lounge With Cocktails? Yes, It's A Mad Men Viewing Party

2
We may be jumping ahead a bit, but the only thing that cushions the blow to the end of an amazing weekend (as of last Sunday, that is) would be the return of Don Draper to our living room. While there's nothing wrong with the tried and true PJs-and-takeout method of catching all of the Mad Men action, we implore you to make the most of every minute you've got left before it's time to get back to your own Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce on Monday morning.

The Screening Room of the swanky Public Chicago is hosting weekly Mad Men viewing parties each Sunday from 7 to 10 p.m. For $25 per person, you'll get the ultimate time-warp, complete with '60s-inspired cocktails and passed canapes in the chic lounge environs of the Gold Coast hotel. And when it's time for commercials, a DJ will be spinning retro covers to keep you in a groovy mood — at least until you have to go to work the next day. To reserve a spot, just email librarybar@publichotels.com
