Kreayshawn Lands On The Cover Of i-D

Oakland's own Kreayshawn just got a major cultural—and fashionable—co-sign in the form of a brand-spanking-new i-D Magazine cover. The "Gucci, Gucci" rapper who is just totally sick of being put into the "white-girl rapper" category (she's an artist, yo!), is just one of several folks who snagged a spot on front of the "pick-me up"-themed U.K. glossy this month. And she's in some pretty foxy company, thanks to the fact that Gisele, Riley Kough, Natasha Poly, Raquel Zimmerman, and Lindsey Wixson have their own wink-centric covers. But back to Kreay-Kreay! On the cover, shot by George Harvey, she's rocking some serious patterns in the form of an '80s-tastic warm-up jacket, two-tone leopard-pattern nails, half-brown/half-blonde hair, and some weird star stickers suck to her eyelashes. We're thinking she looks pretty snazzy. Let us know your thoughts below. And thanks for the tip, Angela Tafoya!
