Knock ‘Em Dead With Mike Gonzalez’s New Lounge Lookbook

Loungewear doesn't have to be a graying T-shirt from your alma mater and a pair of boxer shorts left over from an anonymous ex-boyfriend. Nor does it have to be fussy babydoll nighties and silky bathrobes. In fact, with Mike Gonzalez's fall 2011 Lounge lookbook, it can be pretty darn badass. The lookbook's brushed terry and muted colors bring new life to sweats, and it may be the first time a tracksuit has looked cool since Run DMC. The lookbook includes terry motorcycle jackets (complete with sharp lapels and extra zippers), and the cuffed sweatpants that are a far cry from the ratty gray sweats your weird cousin donned for an eight-hour video game session in 1985.
