The phrase "fashion insiders" gets tossed around a lot. And even more so during Fashion Week. But this street-style snap is like an adorable inclusive wink from blogger Kimberly Pesch. Yes, Fashion Week can be all about the invites and who sits where, but most importantly, it's fun and inspiring — we mean, look at that cat-eye! Besides, we think there are plenty of ways to be in on the action without actually being there. And from the wink, we'd say Kimberly agrees.
