What's a typical day like for you in the office?
"After I work out and take my boys to school, I have a 9 a.m. meeting with my assistant to go over the day's schedule and emails. Then, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. it's my fashion and jewelry time — this is when I create, design, and get inspiration for the new collections. Between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. I take meetings with our PR and social media teams, and after that I meet with the company's interior team to go over the new furniture collections and decor projects we're working on. I always head home at 6:30 p.m. to have dinner with my husband and kids."

How was designing for your HQ different than for your clients' spaces?
"The design studio was all about organization and function first. I designed the space so that there would be easy communication between the departments. The beautification then followed that initial process."

What are your favorite items in the entire space?
"The photos of my sons and my husband, my sons' creative drawings and letters, which are on my desk."

Do you ever find pieces you know you just can't share with any client?
"Yes! I was recently in Paris and found this incredible piece of art at a flea market that I had to have. It’s currently in my garage in a crate — I'm unpacking it this weekend!"

What clothing trend are you over the moon for at the moment?
"I'm loving tons of layers right now like skirts over pants and dresses. And, of course, tons of jewelry!"
