This week seems to be filling up faster than we can keep track, as we are constantly found scribbling in our planners. And, we can add another must-hit party-hop stop to our weekend agenda. This Friday, the adorable artist couple Kelly Tunstall and Ferris Plock are debuting a new lot of works, dubbed Loading, at FFDG.
The talented duo joins forces again for their second show together with works that are creative commentary on the Bay Area’s current tech explosion. The mixed-media pieces feature a slew of folky, abstract interpretations in vivid colors. Plock and Tunstall have given us a sneak peek and, yep, we’re sharing the eye-catching creations with you! Have a looksee after the jump and mosey over to the Mission tomorrow to absorb the artsy lot in the flesh.
When: Friday, August 16, 7 to 10 p.m.
Where: FFDG, 2277 Mission Street (between 18th and 19th streets); 415-500-2166.
