Normally we'd be wary of a gal pal who dishes your dirt. But when the gal pal in question is makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury and the dirt she's dishing is the secret to buddy Kate Moss's signature "feline flick,"well, that's a horse of a different eye color, ain't it?
A how-to video posted on Tilbury's new beauty blog provides detailed, step-by-step instructions for creating that sultry, lined eye. Surprisingly, the guide calls for little more than an eyelash curler, black eye pencil, and mascara (feel free to add your own supermodel swagger).
"[The feline eye] is a look that I do every single day of my life," London-based Tilbury says in the tutorial. "It really is fantastic because it gives you these amazing hypnotic, sexy eyes. It's a universal look that suits every single person no matter what the shape of your eyes are. It gives you an eye lift, it adds intensity to the eyes, it elongates the eyes, it's really fantastic and it's changed my life and I hope it will change yours."
